Mom self-care activities are intentional and mindful actions individuals take to promote their own well-being, both physically and mentally. These activities are designed to reduce stress, enhance overall health, and foster a sense of balance and fulfillment in one’s life. Self-care can encompass a wide range of practices, including but not limited to, exercise, proper nutrition, adequate sleep, mindfulness and meditation, engaging in hobbies, setting boundaries, and seeking support from friends, family, or professionals. The goal of self-care is to prioritize one’s own health and happiness, recognizing that taking care of oneself enables a person to better cope with the demands and challenges of daily life.
