Waking up

I am a morning person, so I wake before my children and start my morning routine. Most days I wake up at 5:30 am to pray, read the Bible, shower, get dressed, and prepare breakfast.

If you are not a morning person and you work late at night, you can wake up at the same time as your toddler.

Wake the toddler up and start the toddler morning routine, including getting dressed, brushing hair, combing hair, and making the bed.

If your toddler is a morning person, have a morning rule for him. In my case, they remain in bed until 7:30 am (we have a toddler alarm clock that we set). At this time, the toddler plays quietly in her room.
